Chinese Distribution Manager


The Manager will be involved in the initial selection of Distribution Partners, ensuring the Software is Translated to Chinese and Modified to Local Business Rules, ensuring that our Chinese Partners are trained to the correct level in Sales, Support and Implementation skills and that Wellington has the correct contracts in place to protect its interests.

As the project develops he will then Manage the relationship between Wellington and the Distributors ensuring that the software is continuously developed to suit market needs, that communication between the Distributors’ staff and our Support and Development teams is working well and that we are meeting our targets in terms of sales costs and revenues.

 

Job Description

    Channel Manager for Chinese Distribution Partners

  • Ensure all necessary Documentation and Training given to Distribution Partners
  • Ensure Partners work to required standards
  • Ensure Partners keep within terms of Contract
  • Liaise between Partners and development team to ensure continuous improvement of product
  • Liaise between Partners’ Support and Our support to ensure quality of service to customers

Personnel Specification

  • Fluent in Chinese
  • Able to Travel
  • Senior Management Experience
  • Technically Proficient
  • Educated to Degree Level
