Hardware Replacement Service

Taking advantage of industry trends of cheaper 'commodity' hardware items, most CUs now save considerable sums by using our HRS Service, whereby critical components of hardware are covered under a guaranteed 4-hour response, and non-critcal components are swapped our for replacement/repair, rather than incurring high recurring hardware engineering charges.

Continous Improvement Process

Innovation and a pro-active approach to satisfying our Customers' needs is a cornerstone in all that we do. We have always believed that CUs can leverage out, at reasonable cost, the advantages which modern technologies can now deliver which were once soley the domain of banks & building societies.

Our Process of continuous improvement ensure that we are pro-active in meeting future needs by planning and developing NOW.

HELPDESK Services

We ensure that our customers have support 6 days per week, 12 hours per day. With Offices located close to our customers markets, we ensure that we are responsive to our customers needs, with each customer being assigned a named Account Manager to raise issues or suggestions or change requests with.
