This is the ability to create and have running concurrently Multiple Loans at different rates. This also includes the Revolving Credit facility.However, at the counter, the computer can group the loans together to make them appear as one loan.

So, for example one payment can pay off all loan interest first, then all principle, then and balance into shares.
