CUTE

CUTE is Wellington Computer Systems' Credit Union Telephone Enquiry system.The CUTE system that enables members of the Credit Union to gain access to details about their accounts automatically, without the need to tie up valuable staff time with repetitive enquiries. It achieves this by connecting a standard PC to the LOCUS system Via a compatible switchboard, retrieving data from there and 'speaking' the relevant information over the phone to the member, or capturing information from the keypad, and acting upon it.CUTE (version 3.0) provides a comprehensive set of features to allow the system to automate many tasks staff were previously called upon to do, and these include:

• Balance enquiry (shares, loan, deposits etc)
• Loan application tracking
• Statement request
• Budget account integration:
  • Budget account balances
  • Budget account payments
  • Budget account transactions
• Spread the calls into the office around the available phones
• Allow the member to leave messages, for, say, the manager
• Customised information messages eg. Prize draw winners

• Graphical call reporting for easy analysis of usage
